Profarma Distribuição is the second largest in the country in the pharmaceutical distribution segment, serving more than 50,000 clients per month and supplying over 4,500 Brazilian cities.

Founded in 2013, Rede d1000 brings together the banners Drogasmil, Farmalife, Drogarias Tamoio, and Drogaria Rosário, serving more than 2.5 million customers per month in Rio de Janeiro, the Federal District, and Mato Grosso, with over 300 stores.

4BIO, acquired by the Profarma Group in 2026, is a national reference in the specialty segment. The company distributes high-complexity and high value-added medicines.
